Walk-Thru Warrant Process

Oklahoma County offers a non-custodial arrest warrant process called the Walk-Thru. This allows people with active arrest warrants to report voluntarily and process their warrant without being taken into custody at the time of arrest. Walk-Thru service days are Thursdays, with two time slots: 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Appointments are required. Call 405-504-6260 to schedule.

The Walk-Thru takes place at the Oklahoma County Detention Center. You must bring proper documentation. The process is designed for people going through a bail bondsman, individuals who have already paid cash at the courthouse and have a receipt, and attorneys acting on a judge's order. The bondsman scheduling website is available at the bookings page linked through the county detention center. The Detention Center is located across from the Attorney Bonds area in the complex.

Warrant clearing events are another option. Oklahoma County hosts these events several times per year. They cover traffic warrants, cost warrants, misdemeanor warrants, and license revocations. Shuttle transportation is available. Call 405-713-1550 for information on upcoming events.
